Food Habits for New Born Babies

We should be very particular about the food habits for new born babies. All the doctors prefer a mother to feed only milk until four to six months. However the babies start liking the solid foods after three or four months. So at this time cereals are considered to be the most nutritious food for them so that it provides rich formula of iron. Many people will prefer to give banana along with the cereals to habituate regular motion for the babies. As we all know banana helps to avoid constipation. While feeding the babies we have to very careful with its quantity. Starting with less amount of food is always safe since it gives proper digestion cycle inside its body especially when we start giving the solid foods. Then in later stages we can increase the amount of food for the babies. There are some methodologies when we start giving solid foods such as mixing the food with four to five teaspoons of breast milk or regular milk and gradually stop the practice of mixing to continue with proper solid food habits. A very important note to be made is when we get the remains of those cereals or any solid food it should not be preserved for the next use which will obviously lead to infection and improper digestion. Baby’s food habits should always be fresh since its body and health is very sensitive it can easily get affected to illness.
