Food Tactics for Babies

Not only during pregnancy but also breast feeding where the food nutrition comes through the milk. Therefore at least few cups of vegetables and fruits should be taken a day and this is how babies get the liking for vegetables and fruits. It is not easy to get used very often with fruits and vegetables so the only way is having few cups with meals or snacks. Surely the baby will get adapted to these habits and will start liking the fruits and vegetables easily. Incase of bitter tasting veggies babies would not like to have it easily. In order to consume such kind of food we have to add sweeter tasting fruit along with the particular vegetable and later on slowly converting it to original way of giving. There is concept that scientists have learnt that is babies usually show facial expressions if they do not like to take any particular food but the fact is it will still take it and later make it as a regular food habit also. One should be careful in practicing the food habits for the babies because when they grow up they still continue with those habits and also it is not easy to change it. We may need to strain a bit to feed a baby and if we undergo the food tactics for babies then definitely the babies will get habituated to good food habits.
