Food allergies are very common among the babies. Especially when we start giving solid foods few vegetables and fruits may not suit babies easily. Breastfeeding is always an important factor because the only food intake that the baby does not feel allergic is this breastfeeding. Not always we can go for breastfeeding but also sometimes we can give any other milk which is nutritious to baby’s health. Few babies are allergic to those nutritious foods. In that case hypo allergic infant formula’s can be included to the baby food. When it comes to milk babies usually get allergic to cow’s milk or soy milk. Breastfeeding sometimes cause allergies to babies by giving the symptoms like rashes or red spots in the body because of our food intake. Natural remedies can be taken like avoiding peanuts in our own diet so that it does not cause any problem with the breastfeeding. However consulting a doctor even for a small allergy is always safe and secure. Another important factor is avoid giving too much of solid foods when it is not completely comfortable with the liquid food because only when it feels easy having liquids we can start gradually with solid foods. To test the food allergy for a baby when we introduce new food item to our baby it should be given at the same level for at least four or five days. This is the best practice of feeding a baby and therefore it maintains proper growth also.
