Baby Food Meals
Posted by Babies - 20/01/09 at 11:01 pmIf we are not willing the babies to have non vegetarian food items then we can go for some of the vegetables and fruits which contain the same amount of vitamins and proteins. Usually meat and other non vegetarian items consist of fats and extra things in it which sometimes may lead to over weight and gastric troubles. This is why most of the people prefer to give mostly vegetables and fruits until it come to one year old. There are few points to be noted while giving the food to babies like salt and salt related food items should be avoided because young baby’s kidney cannot cope up with that kind of intake in the body. Few of them cannot be avoided in the food intake and in that case we can keep a limit of it so that it does not affect the organs much. It is always better to avoid outside food and ingredients since the baby always needs the fresh ones. Sugar items should also be avoided since too much of sweet may lead to tooth decay. If at all it is necessary we can add very little but not more than that. But after a year babies can take few amounts of sugar and salt since they need to adapt to changes gradually. Even honey should not be given since it contains bacteria that produce toxins. It may also cause to serious health issues. Eggs which are highly filled with proteins should be given half boiled or not fully cooked. It is advisable to give it only after six months to babies.
